Winemaking : Classic method of red winemaking in stainless steel refrigerated tanks with controlled temperature at 25-28 ° C. Then follows the malolactic fermentation.

Aging : For 12 months in oak barrels and 6 months in the bottle for reductive aging.

Organoleptic characteristics : Wine with intense red color and violet highlights, rich taste with pleasant tannins, very long aftertaste and aromas of red cherry and vanilla. Wine with development possibilities up to 10 years.
