Varietal composition: Mavrodafni, Cabernet Franc

Vinification: Destemming without crushing, pre-fermentation extraction of each variety separately, classic red vinification under controlled temperature conditions and then aging in small, oak, French barrels for 12 months.

Tasting characteristics: Deep ruby color, this wine has an aromatic complexity with a lively presence of small forest fruits, notes of black currant, laurel and spices.
