Winemaking Method : Red variety in pink vinification (Blanc de Noir). This is followed by a second alcoholic fermentation in self-contained tanks (methode charmat), under controlled conditions where foaming is naturally produced.

Organic Ingredients : Impressive light pink color, elegant sweetness of freshly harvested honey and explosive aromas of rose and yellow fruit are released through refreshing bubbles that pleasantly caress the palate.
