Variety composition : 100% Vidiano

Vineyard : Hindi Sterna, at an altitude of 240 meters

Soil composition : sandy loam

Turning yield : 1000 kg of grapes per acre

Winemaking : preceded by cold extraction in the 7th Celsius and followed by alcoholic fermentation of 12-14th Celsius

Total acidity : 6.15

Tasting : the color combines silver with lemon. Very attractive aroma reminiscent of apricot, orange blossom honey, wax and yellow peach "yarma". Rich and filling taste with excellent grip in the mouth. Typical taste temperament, with a prominent fruity feel. Very nice aftertaste.

Accompanies : white meats and poultry, but not stuffed snails, lamb and goat freak, Easter cook. Of course, it is accompanied by fatty fish or fish with creamy sauces, rich salads with a strong taste.
