VINEYARD: Strictly selected seaside vineyards
WINE MAKING: Co-fermentation of the deep red Mandilaria and the white aromatic Monemvassia.
AGEING: 12 months in French oak barrels
TASTING NOTES: Intense deep red color with purple reflections. Spice and prune aromas with dark berry notes.
Rich and robust on the palate, with concentrated tannins and a great aftertaste.
PAIRING SUGGESTION: Red meat, cured meat and roasted meat with red sauce
Best served at 18 – 20 ℃
