Varietal composition: Moschato of Alexandria

Winemaking: Natural cultivation and Mild Intervention Winemaking with native yeasts. With minimal sulfites. It is produced from selected mountain vineyards of Lemnos and is vinified by Pantelis Tsivolas and Ioannis Savvoglou.

Taste: In the volcanic soils of Lemnos, the fragrant Moschato of Alexandria has been cultivated for a century. Its mild vinification, expresses the aromatic richness of the variety, impresses with its strength and balance. Felt acidity, delicious fruity character and long aftertaste, with aromas of exotic fruits, notes of honey and citrus compote.

Accompanies: White meat dishes, sauces, pasta and salads.

Serving temperature: 8 - 10 ° C
