Vineyard of the Mavrotragano and Syrah varieties:
Organic cultivation. Dry vineyard with limited production. Hilly area on slopes overlooking the mythical mountain of Olympus. Red soils with a high content of stone, suitable for red varieties. Ideal orientation, which in combination with the location, the composition of the soil and its dry character, ensure its healthy development, resulting in the least possible cultivation interventions. There are years when the production evolves completely naturally, as there is no need for drastic interventions.
Most work (planting, pruning, picking, rinsing, green harvesting, loading) is done manually or with our small antique tractor.
Gastronomic information:
It accompanies excellent Croatian dishes, both cooked and grilled, cooked with red sauces, rustic fatty pies (mainly meat pies), yellow ripe cheeses.
Dry red wine is rich in the substance resveretrol, which is known for its role in preventing cardiovascular disease and improving blood circulation.

Serve at room temperature in columnar bubble glasses, after being allowed to breathe for at least half an hour, ideally in a wine jug.
It is a fruity aging wine very mature and friendly to be consumed once purchased.
