Red Dry Wine
Variety: Xinomavro
Vinification: The red wine Αióra (hammock) Xinomavro Amphoreas is a mild natural vinification wine from the Xinomavro variety (100%). In this wine we have followed a traditional natural vinification method, without the use of machinery, where the wine followed fermentation in the amphora with natural native yeasts from the vineyard. It is bottled unfiltered and without the addition of sulphites after 12 months of maturation in the amphora.
Gastronomic information: It has a very expressive aromatic character with cherries and red berries, fresh leather, black olives and tomatoes, but also herbs such as thyme, while notes of fresh wet earth will emerge from the use of the clay amphora. The mouth is medium in volume, with balanced acidity and soft but intense tannins. In the mouth it is juicy with cherries, blackberries, cranberries, pink pepper and leather filling the palate.
