TASTING NOTE: Typical varietal aromas dominated by ripe red fruits and cedar. The palate is opulent with juicy fruit. Ripe and well-structured tannins, balancing acidity. Sweet spices and oak notes. Long and complex finish.
AT THE WINERY: Grape sorting on a vibrating conveyor belt table. Fermentation in stainless steel tanks. 12-month maturation in a combination of French oak barrels (225L, 1st use, medium and medium+ toast), and clay amphoras. Unfiltered.
