Varietal composition: Malagouzia

Winemaking: This is a label with limited annual production in numbered bottles. It is produced from the Malagouzia variety which ferments and matures in contact with its fine lees and is stirred periodically. Its production began experimentally in 2022 in co-vinification with Assyrtiko.

Tastes: aromatic and elegant this white wine is dominated by aromas of white-fleshed fruits and white flowers. The wine has a full mouth and balanced acidity. White-fleshed fruits (peach), white flowers, citrus flowers.

Accompany: Chicken, seafood, Greek cuisine, salads, fresh fruits.

Serving temperature: 8°C - 10°C.
