Characteristics: Shiny in appearance with a distinctive salmon color and pink highlights. Fruity and expressive nose with each variety giving its aromatic graces. Pink grapefruit, rose water, peach, pear, blueberry and pink pepper stand out. The mouth, following the aromas of the nose, is complex and exuberant with a wonderful structure, creamy feel, nerve and an expressive aftertaste.

Accompanies: Grilled Shellfish, Mixed Vegetable Salads, Simple Vegetable Salads, Fish and as an Aperitif.

In good storage conditions it retains its rich characteristics for at least 4 years. Served at 10-12˚C.
