Varietal Composition: Musk 100%

Vineyard: Linear private vineyard of 5 acres. Area - Location: Hydrousa - ¨Courtyard¨. Altitude: 720 Meters. Soil: Silty clay. Climate: Lots of snowfall, heavy rains and hot summer. Harvest: September 28 – 30. Yield: 650 – 750 kg/ha.

Vinification: Cold extraction, decantation of the must for 6 hours, alcoholic fermentation, leaving the wine for 4 months on its lees.

Detailed characteristics: Alcoholic strength: 13 % vol. 0.750ml bottle. Filter before bottling.

Organoleptic characteristics: rose color, complex bouquet with characteristic aromas of fresh fruit and jam, light structure with balanced acidity.

Taste harmony: At a temperature of 10-12*c it is excellently combined with white meats, shrimp stew, pasta with red sauces and green salads.
