Vineyard: Linear private vineyard of 11.5 acres. Area - Location: Hydrousa - ¨Abelia¨. Altitude: 720 Meters. Soil: Sandy loam. Climate: Lots of snowfall, significant rains and hot summer. Harvest: September 6-10. Yield: 600-700 kg/ha.
Vinification: Cold extraction, alcoholic fermentation at a controlled temperature (15-17) degrees, wine aging for 4 months on its lees.
Detailed characteristics: Alcoholic strength: 13.5% vol. 0.750 ml bottle. Filter before bottling.
Organoleptic characteristics: Crystalline and bright with yellow-green highlights. Intense and rich peach, citrus aromas typical of the variety. Quite full flavor, freshness and long lingering aromas with strong aftertaste.
Taste harmony: At a temperature of 10-12 *c it combines perfectly with salmon, grilled shrimps, shellfish and seafood pasta.
