Variety: SABBATIANO 100%

Characteristics: An unprecedented version of retsina, with subtle aromas of pine and notes of lemon. Clear, light yellow color, balanced. A wine that can excite even the most sophisticated palates. It accompanies Mediterranean appetizers, fish and seafood.

Vineyard: N.A. Attica, vines over 50 years old, non-irrigated, limestone soils, altitude 100m. North orientation

Vinification: Fermentation in stainless steel tanks, at a controlled temperature of 16-18°c, during which pine resin from the Attica forest is added.

Served at 9°C
