Variety: SABBATIANO 100%


Vineyard: N.A. Attica, vines over 50 years old, non-irrigated, limestone soils, altitude 100m, north-south orientation


Vinification: Cold extraction in stainless steel tanks and fermentation at a controlled temperature of 16-18°c. When fermentation is complete, the wine is transferred to new French oak barrels where it remains for 4 to 6 months.


Characteristics: Clear, golden green. Complex on the nose, with wood, spice and citrus aromas. Dense but not heavy in the mouth with balanced barrel presence.


It accompanies fish, shellfish and white meat with sauce.


Served at 8-10°C
