Origin of Grapes: From the privately owned vineyards in Nemea.
Varieties: Cabernet Sauvignon 100%
Winemaking - aging: Classic red winemaking. It ages in an oak barrel for six to eight months and twelve in the bottle. Can be aged for 5 years.
Tasting: Fruity soft Cabernet. It is characterized by aromas of red fruits, spices, cedar, cocoa on a vanilla background. In the mouth it is rich with good quality tannins, evolving over time.
Harmony: Grilled meats, soft cheeses.
Served: At 20 degrees in open tulip.
