Varietal composition: Assyrtiko 90%-Moschato

Vinification: This wine has an orange character. It comes from the blending of Assyrtikos with Muscat grapes. After degassing, the Assyrtikos grape mass is taken to a tank where the Muscat grapes are located. There they ferment for 10 days, then the wine is transferred to 500 liter barrels where it remains for 5-6 months.

Characteristics: The aromas of Moschato are combined with Assyrtiko and give a special taste effect with style and personality. Wine with particular acidity and orange taste character. Great development potential over time.

Accompanies: fruits, salads, white meats, fish and shellfish at 9-11°C.1°C.
