Sparkling White Wine

Origin: Selected vineyards of the Amyntaio zone.

Varietal Composition: Xinomavro, Moschato, Chardonnay

Vinification: The base wines evolve for 5 months, with the process of stirring on light lees.

Characteristics: Strong and pleasant foam, consisting of small bubbles, which highlights the aromatic character of the wine. Apricot and peach aromas from Chardonnay and floral notes from Xinomavro and Moschato, compose an intense and complex aromatic character, which balances with the freshness of the wine and is emphasized by the lingering finish.

Pairing: Ideal with finger food at a party, while enjoying on its own as an aperitif or dessert.
