Varietal composition: Chardonnay

Characteristics: The top of the estate's white wine pyramid. A solid and ultra-refined Chardonnay, worth waiting for to develop in the bottle. Harvest during the night, when the grapes are at their optimal ripeness. After fermentation, the finished wine remains with its lees for six months. Golden yellow color, complex aroma of tropical fruits (mango, pineapple), honey and wax on a subtle background of baked bread. In the mouth, oily and round, with a sense of sweetness and characteristic freshness in the aftertaste.

Goes well with grilled fish, shellfish, pasta and a wide range of fatty cheeses.

It can be aged for 5-6 years from the vintage.
