Characteristics: A wine with great aging potential. It is recommended to use a carafe or to open at least half an hour before serving. Harvest during the night, at the optimum ripeness of the grapes. Aged for 14 months in oak barrels and eight months in the bottle. Deep red color with intense violet highlights. Complex aromatic palette, where the primary aromas of the variety (notes of small red fruits, such as cherry, raspberry) are combined with botanical characters (basil, thyme) and notes of vanilla and coffee, the result of many months of aging in oak barrels. Rich and balanced mouth, oily, with a rough structure that gives it great resistance over time. Pulling and long-lasting aftertaste.

It accompanies hard, smoked cheeses, meats cooked with spicy sauces, game.

It can be aged for 10-15 years from the harvest.
