Varietal composition : Chardonnay 100%

Grape origin : Bouchard's Petit Chablis is produced from grapes selected from the Petit Chablis Appellation of Origin (AOC) on the highest slopes surrounding the Chablis zone.

Tasting characteristics: Straw yellow color with silver highlights. Citrus nose with mineral notes. Balanced in the mouth, soft and fruity with hints of limestone minerality.

Harmony - Serving temperature : Served at 12-14 C, Pleasant to drink on its own, but accompanies fish appetizers, salads, vegetable or seafood risotto, ladies, etc. with characteristic ease.
