From a unique pre-drying vineyard of the small-leaved mavrodafni in clay-sandy dry soils on the slopes of Ainos. The old vines are cultivated dry with great manual care.
The unique and extremely concentrated grape is vinified almost as it is naturally, following a slow ripening in French oak barrels. Mov sums up all the power of a wonderful variety that will be at the center of interest in the coming years and a unique terroir. It can be aged for a long time
