An ancient Greek variety that is vinified in its dry expression giving great wines of international capacity.
The most modern expression of the variety that tradition uses to give an ornate salmon rosé hue. From old selected vineyards of the micro-black mavrodafni in clayey sandy dry soils. The old vineyards are cultivated dry with great manual care.
Fermentation involves extractions with the least possible intervention. Fruity, complex but also balanced, it is cool and an excellent pairing for almost all dishes.
