Created from the Chardonnay variety With a small presence of Assyrtiko to give it freshness and coolness.
After the pre-fermentation extraction, Chardonnay is fermented in new oak barrels, where it remains for a few months in the wine lees, in order to complete its rich character and acquire a greasy taste. On the contrary, Assyrtiko is fermented in stainless steel tanks, maintaining its vitality and giving the wine a note of freshness. Its color is straw yellow with green highlights.
Its nose is expressive with aromas of ripe fruits, such as melon, apricot, pineapple and notes of lemon, minerals and flowers, in an elegant environment of vanilla and hazelnut praline. Rich in the mouth - Creamy texture, exuberant, very good structure.
Its acidity gives freshness, balances its sweetness and gives it elegance.
Intense aftertaste with notes of fruit, cedar and vanilla. It can be aged for a long time
Enjoy it at 12oC now and for several years since its birth.
Accompanies fatty fish, pasta with creamy sauces, risotto with white sauces, poultry dishes and mature cheeses.
