Varietal composition: Robola Kefallinias
Vinification: Natural cultivation and Mild Intervention Vinification with native yeasts and minimal sulfites. It is produced from a small selected mountain vineyard in Lakomatia, Cephalonia and is vinified by Evryviadis Sklavos. Rare wine is produced in only 2,000 bottles
Taste: Lacomatia has a light yellow color on the face. Complex nose with aromas of pineapple, citrus, chalk and some minerals. In the mouth it is rich with high acidity. Tasty characteristics of citrus and pineapple. Aftertaste lasting enough notes of tropical fruits and almonds
Accompanies: Excellent for fish dishes and white meat dishes.
