Varietal Composition: Limnio 100%

Vinification-Maturation: Classic Red Vinification With 12 Days Extraction. Aging For 6 Months In French, 2nd And 3rd Use Oak Barrels. Aged in the bottle for at least 12 months.

Characteristics: Deep and vibrant purple color. Only 6 months in barrel and very good work in the vineyard. Harvest with careful selection. A very typical bouquet of ripe red forest fruits, . On the palate with round tannins, framed by a rich extract, and a long and sweet aftertaste of red fruits and spicy elements.

Accompanying: Red meat, braised, barbeque and mature, yellow cheeses.

Aging Potential 10 Years

Vineyard: Nikos Romalidis owns a 50-acre vineyard in the vineyards of Serres, which he cultivates organically with great care. The soils are sandy loam with granite in the subsoil.
