Varietal Composition: Xinomavro - Cabernet Franc- Merlot

Wining-Maturation: Classic Red Vinification. Maturation for 8 Months in French, 2nd and 3rd Use Oak Barrels.

Characteristics: Harvest with careful selection. A very typical bouquet of ripe red forest fruits of the variety, . On the palate with round tannins, framed by rich extract, and a long and sweet aftertaste of red fruits and spicy elements.

Pairs well with: pork, laderà, cooked veal, risotto.

Aging Potential 5 years

Vineyard: Nikos Romalidis owns a 50-acre vineyard in the vineyards of Serres, which he cultivates organically with great care. The soils are sandy clay with granite in the subsoil.
