Varietal composition: 70% Roditis, 30% Xinomavro (blanc de noir)

Characteristics: Rythmos 9/8 white is a cuveé of 70% Roditis and 30% Xinomavro (blanc de noir). Each variety is harvested and vinified separately to achieve optimal typicality. The final blend is defined by the unmistakable aromatic profile of Roditis from the high altitudes and the crisp acidity of Xinomavro.

Aromas: tropical fruits (pineapple, mango), white flowers, citrus blossoms.

Accompany: All foods but also enjoyable on its own.
