Variety: 100% Sauvignon Blanc

Vinification: After pre-fermentation cold extraction of the grapes for 12 hours, followed by fermentation at low temperature in stainless steel tanks, in order to preserve the fresh aromas of the fruit and pass into the wine.

Features: Its pale yellow color, the strong presence of aromas of grapefruit, peach and melon as well as the full flavor of ripe citrus fruits ensure an extremely refreshing Sauvignon Blanc.
