Varietal composition: Mavroudi (Thracian local variety), Syrah, Limnio.
Characteristics : This purple wine is distinguished by aromas of small ripe fruits on a subtle violet background. In the mouth it is harmonious, with a nice richness and an interesting aftertaste. It is a wine that can be consumed today, but clearly also aged for the next 3-4 years.
Accompanies: cheeses, cured meats and in general with meats of all kinds (grilled, stewed, game).
