Vineyard Age: Young vines of average age 10 years and a small part of vineyard over 60 years

Maturation: Ferments and matures in French oak barrels for 18 months

Winemaking: Long-term extractions in French oak barrels of 500lt, 300lt and 225lt under controlled temperature

Aging: At least 15 years

Features: Appearance: Deep ruby color. Nose: Complex with aromas of ripe red fruits, jam, figs and sweet spices. Mouth: Filled with velvety height, mature tannins and aromas similar to those of the nose. Balance between tannins and acidity and long-lasting metallic aftertaste

Served at a temperature: 17-18ºC

Accompanies: Red meat, grilled or casserole, rich dishes of Mediterranean cuisine, aged cheeses
