Maturation: Stay in French oak barrels for 6-8 months
Winemaking: Fermentation in French oak barrels 225lt and 500lt applying the sur lies method for 6-8 months. 90% of the barrels are new and the rest are 2nd and 3rd use
Features: Appearance: Medium intensity lemon color with golden highlights. Nose: Citrus fruits coexist in balance with notes of vanilla and hazelnut. Mouth: Full, oily, with notes of ripe citrus, peach, honey combined with the refreshing acidity of Assyrtiko and the metallic aftertaste
Serve at a temperature: 10-11ºC
