Variety: Cabernet Sauvignon (50%), Kotsifali (50%)
Description: Deep ruby color, thick to the eye with full body, bouquet of wood and ripe fruit aromas, background of butter caramel and chocolate. Well-roasted and soft tannins with a long and charming finish
Winemaking: Vintage: By hand from mid-September to early October. Traditional fermentation for 10-15 days in stainless steel winemakers. Stirring every 4 hours throughout the 24 hour period with the aim of gentle extraction. Malolactic fermentation. Maturation: 12 months in French oak 225 liters (50% new - 50% 2nd use)
Aging: an additional 12 months in the bottle before being placed on the market
Combines with red meats, grilled vegetables, cheeses and braised.
It ages for 10 years
Alcohol: 14.4%
