Varietal composition: Chardonnay

Vinification: Gentle pressing of carefully selected grapes and alcoholic fermentation of the must in a small stainless tank, using selected yeasts, at a low temperature. After a short static removal at the end of fermentation, the new wine stays for a few days with its "fine" lees at a low temperature as well.

Characteristics: Light golden green color. Explosive aromas of fresh ripe exotic fruits and lemon peel. Correspondingly aromatic and rich in the mouth, interesting and lively, thanks to the acidity and a pleasant sense of minerality. Long-lasting, aromatic aftertaste.

It accompanies Mediterranean dishes, seafood, grilled fish, cool salads and pasta. It is also combined with aromatic vegetable or seafood risottos and white meats.

It can be aged for many years
