Winification: Winemaking is done using the extraction method. The juice remains with the marc for 6 hours to obtain the desired color and is then taken to the pneumatic press where we obtain the must which is then transferred to refrigerated stainless steel tanks at a constant temperature of 17°c until the alcoholic fermentation is complete
Characteristics: On the nose we distinguish intense red fruits and aromatic notes of flowers. On the palate, fresh red fruits are the protagonists in combination with its cool and balanced acidity.
Ideal serving temperature 11°c
Alcohol: 12%
