Varietal Composition: Musk Black 100%

Ampelonas: The plateau of Arethousa is located in the east of the Prefecture of Thessaloniki at an altitude that starts from 350 and reaches up to 500 meters. It is enclosed between the Kerdylia mountain range and Lake Volvi. The location owes its name to the goddess Arethousa, Nymph of springs. The winery's vineyard is located on the slopes of the Kerdylia Mountains between the settlements of Limni and Skepasto at an altitude of 450 meters. The sandy loam, gently sloping and well-drained soil keeps the vigor and production of the stumps under control, while during the night the cool air currents, coming from the mountain, effectively protect the aromatic compounds and the acidity of the grapes.

So, with minimal interventions and maximum attention to small details, we created a special, fruity red wine.

It is characterized by aromas of wild cherry, gooseberry, and strawberry jam.

It is combined with red meats, among others, with mushroom risotto, vegetarian pizza and pasta with arrabbiata sauce
