Variety composition: Kydonitsa - Vidiano

Production: 2,000 bottles

Area / Vineyard : Naoussa wine-growing zone

Vinification: Pre-fermentation cryoextraction and then vinification in stainless tank at 16-18 degrees Celsius.

Tasting characteristics: Bright pale yellow color with golden highlights. Aromas of citrus fruits, green apple and honey. Rich in the mouth with a light acidity that balances giving it a cool character.

Harmony: Goes well with fish, salads, pasta with light vegetable sauces, chicken, and traditional pies.

Ideal temperature 8-10 C.
