Area / Vineyard: Naoussa wine-growing zone. From the privately owned separate vineyard in the Trilofos area of Naoussa, with an altitude of 150 meters, sandy loam soil and southeast exposure. With the special care of E. Tazoglidou and aiming at the quality of the raw material, basic conditions are met such as: rich leaf surface, judicious use of water, excellent hygiene of the foliage and grapes and an average production per plant of 2.5 kg.
Vinification: With the classic red vinification method. This is followed by aging for 12-18 months in French oak barrels.
Tasting Characteristics: Complex aroma of wild berries, sour cherry and green pepper. Intense ruby color with blue highlights. In the mouth, its robust structure can be distinguished, since its acidity ensures a long-lasting aftertaste. Its tannins are soft and give it a velvety body.
Harmonia: It is combined with cooked dishes of Greek cuisine, rich pasta with sauces, but also with grilled meats. Ideal temperature 16-18 C.
