Organic wine

Variety Organic wine of Limniona variety and of international Cabernet Sauvignon and Syrah.

Harvest : 4th week of August-3rd week of September

Winemaking : Alcoholic fermentation in French oak tanks and aging for 12 months in 225 L barrels of French and American oak. Then at least 12 months aging in the bottle.

Tasting note : Deep violet color, aromas of black and red fruits with notes of black pepper and brown. On the palate, exuberant with rich tannins, flavors of black fruit and complex spicy aftertaste.

Accompanies : Red meat, cold cuts and fatty cheeses.

Aging Potential : At least 5-10 years old.
