Vineyards : Xinomavro comes from vineyards scattered in the Naoussa area and the mandilaria comes from Santorini.

Territories : Limestone in Naoussa and volcanic in Santorini.

Microclimate : The climate in the zone is characterized as a warm continent with the winds from the sea and Mount Vermio on the other hand playing a catalytic role during the ripening period, maintaining the grape temperatures at low levels for the season. In Santorini the climate is warm Mediterranean, dry, with very hot summers and mild winters.

Harvest : 5 - 10 September for Santorini, 20-22 September for Naoussa.

Winemaking : The fermentation takes place in a stainless steel tank.
