Varietal composition: 50% Xinomavro, 50% Krasato & Cross

Vineyards : From the Terra Olympus vineyard in the Rapsani area. Vineyards located in the highest zone of the PDO and stand out both for the low yields and for the shale soils from which they come. From there, he applied his well-known recipe here as well, which includes long extractions, very slow fermentations and maturation in large, used 500 l barrels.

Aromatic Characteristics: Dark ruby color but also the dense bouquet that Thymiopoulos almost always manages to put in the bottle. Maybe not too intense yet, but full of sweet sour cherry, strawberry, pomegranate syrup and a whiff of nettle-tinged vegetality.
