Varietal composition: Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Kolliniatiko
Vineyard From the privately owned Kokkinomylos and Avlotopi vineyards that grow on the hillsides at the foot of Mount Parnon at an altitude of 720-750 meters
Vinification: Classic vinification with 10-15 days extraction. It then matures in 2nd and 3rd use oak barrels for about 10 months.
Tasting Characteristics – Aging: Aromatically, it displays ripe red forest fruits and a subtle sense of vanilla from the oak. It has a round and charming fruity taste with a long aftertaste. Its excellent tannic structure usually allows it to be aged for another 5 to 7 years
Pairs with: Roasted pot with noodles, pancetta.
