Medium lemon in color, and pure lemon blossom nose, with spicy spices and herbs, citrus and a few white flesh.

High acidity in the moderate volume of the body in the mouth, with citrus in the first place, and floral white flesh afterwards, while spicy herbs and spices remain stable, with a significant mineral dimension. Very good aftertaste, mineral, lemonade and spices, with a few green fruits.

This is the vineyard with the name LIMESTORY that took its name from the soil that is nothing but pure limestone. Historically the place was used by the locals as a place for the extraction of limestone for the production of plaster for construction use. In 2006 the first stems of Assyrtiko are planted with respect to the relief and the topography of the soil and thus a vineyard is formed in levels. The combination of the sea breeze during the day and the mountain wind during the night and the subsoil, compose a special microclimate for the development of Assyrtiko.

Classic white vinification with selected dough strains for the Assyrtiko variety. Stay in a stainless steel tank with wine lees for at least six months. Great aging potential.
