Vinification: Valpolicella Famiglia Pascua is the wine that comes from the classic Valpolicella grapes, i.e. Corvina, Corvinone, etc.
Tasting characteristics: A red, medium-bodied wine, with an intense bouquet of aromas of small red berries (raspberries, blackberries). Lively balanced acidity. Fermentation at a controlled temperature for 10-12 days. Transfer to oak barrels where the wine matures for a few months before bottling.
Harmony - Serving temperature : Served at 18 C, Enjoys drinking on its own, but best accompanies richer meat dishes.
