Vineyard: Family dry land aged 45 years in Koutsi, calcareous soil, altitude 380m, production 350 kg / acre. Harvested the first ten days of September.
Winemaking: Selected harvest of overripe grapes. Deep red vinification with prolonged extraction of the marcs until the end of the alcoholic fermentation for 25 days. Aging 30-36 months in French oak barrels 225 liters and 12 months in the bottle.
Organoleptic characteristics: Intense eggplant color with aromas of hot caramelized forest fruits and spices. Heavy concentration in the presence of strong and noble tannins with a long aftertaste. Served at room temperature accompanying Royal hunting
