MATURATION: Slight aging in the bottle for 6-8 months. 50% of Xinomavro is kept in French oak barrels for 6 months.
AGING POSSIBILITY: 3 to 5 years in good storage conditions.
ORGANOLEPTIC CHARACTERISTICS: It is a wine with deep red with a musky color. Explosion of Xinomavro perfumes on the nose. You will feel the red fruits of the romantic side of Xinomavro. Aromas of dried strawberry and red pepper with flavors of cocoa crumbs, sauteed mushrooms and black truffle. In the mouth a unique density that results in a long aftertaste.
It accompanies very enjoyable hunting and winter dishes such as wild boar with pasta, wild mushroom risotto, eggplant stuffed with minced meat, fillets extinguished with wine and of course Asian meats marinated with soy or hate.
