ORGANOLEPTIC CHARACTERISTICS: Thin bubbles with long duration, which highlight the blend of Xinomavro (blanc de Noir), with the delicate Riesling the aromatic Gewurztraminer. Aromas of white flesh, peach, green tea, lemon and tropical fruits. Aged cheeses, parmesan and Naxos gruyere give a finesse to the intense bubble. Drink cool at 2-7 ° C.
