Vineyard: Verdea is a wine with "Name by Tradition", with Zakynthian origin by Dimitris Kefallinos and contains the local and rare varieties of the island Skiadopoulos, Pavlos, Robola, Gustolidi and Makripodia. Natural cultivation and Mild Wine Intervention with native yeasts and minimal sulfites. It is kneaded and matured in oak barrels for about 11 months with native doughs and is bottled without filtration and other interventions in only 600 bottles, since it is a natural winemaking.
Features: A natural wine Lemon color with golden highlights. On the nose, the aromas of citrus are strongly dominated by bergamot, citrus, grapefruit, orange blossom and melancholy notes along with hints of vanilla. Moderate and relatively thick in the mouth with a fine balance is a wine that is both enjoyable and complex.
Try it and enjoy it plain or with fish in various preparations, as well as with a goat in the hull.
