Tasting characteristics : The color is clear yellow-green with some greenish highlights. The nose is expressive with intensity and aromas of ripe apricot, mango and orange peel, while the aromas of high quality French wood, such as hazelnut and baked bread follow. The mouth is filled with rich aromas of fruit, but also vanilla, coconut and hazelnut butter. The aftertaste has duration, volume, intensity and great complexity.
