Varietal composition: Semillon, Assyrtiko.

It is the result of the combination of two excellent varieties, Assyrtiko and Semillon (Bordeaux variety), which are planted in the hottest and barren part of the Estate's vineyard, on the slopes of Mount Paggaios.

The aromatic expression of Semillon μεγάλη with its great aging potential, is harmoniously complemented by the strength, the structure and the exceptional acidity that Assyrtiko gives. It has a bright yellow color with light green highlights.

After a short period of pre-fermentation extraction of the grapes, it is fermented in French oak barrels. His stay for a few months in his wooden (oak) house and his contact with the wine lees highlight its varietal character and give it a rich and complex taste.

Its nose is elegant, expressive, with aromas of apricot and honey coexisting with notes of tropical fruits and citrus. All of the above are surrounded by a delicate barrel feel with elements of nuts and vanilla. Its taste is rich, complex, complex, perfectly balanced with the richness of aromas of fruits, honey, nuts and its refreshing acidity.

It can be aged for up to 8 years, where it develops a special oiliness and an excellent bouquet of perfumes.

Accompanies large grilled fish, risotto with seafood, sushi, duck or turkey stuffed, rich cheese souffle.
